An almost appointment on one of my listings. An agent was going to show and got out there and her client thought it was too far out. I pray everyday my listings will sell sell sell!!!!
A referral from one of my friends for a buyer and list possibly.
A fabulous phone duty time. This is where agents sit and wait for the phone to ring and hopefully it is someone calling the office off of a sign or the internet interested in a house. So we also call it phone opportunity time. 5 calls and 3 possible leads, one which I showed a house to in Advance at 6. It was a foreclosure and needs lots of work!!! I hope these leads turn into commission checks!!!
I really don't think people understand how real estate agents work in general, so let me do some explainin. I am strictly commission. I make no salary at all, so if I don't sell, I make no money. I also have a desk fee I have to pay every month no matter if I sell anything or not to the company. Then, when I do make a sell the company gets a BIG(half right now) percentage of what I bring in.
When you go to buy real esate you want a BUYERS AGENT. Do not call the listing agent(the agents name on the sign), they represent the seller. A buyers agent works for you and is going to get you the best deal. The sellers agent(listing agent) wants to get the best deal for his seller. See the conflict of interest.
On to my wonderful husband, who worked his part time job today and came home and made spaghetti for me and had it in the microwave for me when I got home. We missed eachother by 30 minutes, he's at his Monday night fire training, can't wait to see him when he gets home. Haven't seen him since Saturday, well actually Sunday morning when he kissed me goodbye and went off to work. Those mornings are early and hazy!
He even left me a note, reminding me to put the left overs in the fridge that he was letting cool. LOL I love him to pieces. Could just sop him up in a biscuit!!!! I'm crazy about him I know:)
