In an effort to ward off high blood pressure & eat healthier since my appetite is increasing like a Monster, I am trying out some new things.
This morning was a success! A fruit smoothie, that was delicous!
One banana, a handful of strawberries, a splash of Orange Juice & some ice. Blend it all together in a blender and wah-la, a homemade fruite smoothie that tastes like it's from The Juice Shop:)

Tilapia(I can only have fish once a week, but read it's great for the babies brain development)
Squash & Zuchinni sauteed in EVOO & veggie pasta.
